lan.trigger[N].protocol

This attribute sets the LAN protocol to use for sending trigger messages.

Details
The LAN trigger listens for trigger messages from either protocol but uses the designated protocol for sending
outgoing messages. After changing this setting, lan.trigger[N].connect() must be called before outgoing
event messages can be sent.
When the lan.MULTICAST protocol is selected, the ipAddress attribute is ignored and event messages are sent
to the multicast address 224.0.23.159.
