MPPE2_[7:0] Multipurpose I/O Bank 2 Pull-down Enable
These read/write register bits determine if pull-downs are
active on the I/O pins MPIO2_0, MPIO2_1, MPIO2_2,
MPIO2_3, MPIO2_4, MPIO2_5, MPIO2_6, and
MPIO2_7. A value of 1 indicates the pull-down is active,
a value of 0 indicates the pull-down is inactive.
