19-2. Method of Checking ADC+OVER / ADC-OVER

When ADC+OVER / ADC-OVER occurs, problems on the F395 body side and on the
wiring / sensor side can be isolated by wiring and checking as follows. Based on the
results of checking work, check again the causes. (For causes on the F395 body side,
contact us.)
Wiring method
ii. Remove the wiring with each sensor.
ii. In the case of strain gauge inputShort-circuit between the three points of +SIG, -SIG
iii. In the case of voltage / current input Short-circuit between the two points of +SIG
Checking method
When the above wiring is carried out, each sensor input becomes zero. The displayed
value depends on the calibration status, but if the F395 is normal, numerical display for
ADC+OVER / ADC-OVER, or +OVER / -OVER display will result. In this case, there
is any problem on the wiring / sensor side, while there is any problem on the F395 body
side if the ADC+OVER / ADC-OVER condition is not improved.
