・ The OK signal is output when the Set Value of Low Limit ≦ Indicated
Value ≦ the Set Value of High Limit, and the Set Value of LO-LO Limit
≦ Comparison Value ≦ the Set Value of HI-HI Limit.
・ The HI-HI Limit / LO-LO Limit setting is used for difference judgment in
the Hysteresis 2 mode. (See "12-1. Function" P65.) Also, it is used for
High/Low Limit Judgment of hold points in the Waveform Comparison /
Waveform and Displacement Comparison mode. (See "13-7. Hold
Operation" P78.)
・ The results of HI-HI Limit / LO-LO Limit Judgment are displayed
separately on the screen.
・ HI-HI Limit / LO-LO Limit Judgments can be made in the Relative mode
only when the HI-HI/LO-LO Mode is set at "Hold".
・ At Pulse-Hold time, the HI-HI/LO-LO Mode setting is effective only on
the operation ch at which sampling starts.

In the Hysteresis / Hysteresis 2 / Waveform and Displacement Comparison mode, High/
Low Limit Judgments of the displacement value can be made by any one of the
following three types by the Displacement High-Low Mode setting.
