2. Peak value
The displacement value is Peak-held, on which High/Low Limit Comparisons are made.
(The Peak Hold Value has no connection with the displayed value, which is maintained
as internal data.)
The following two types of High/Low Limit setting are used.
Displacement High Limit / Displacement Low Limit
Setting range: 0 ~ 9999 (Not including the decimal point.)
MODE → Code Set → Judgment: DPM HI / DPM LO

The peak hold is cancelled by turning on the input "Displacement hold cancel" (control
connector pin 6). If it is kept ON, real-time High/Low Limit Judgments on the
displacement input value will result. Also, this output has no connection with the
COMPLETE signal.
3. Both
The results of judgment on the Hold Value and Peak Value are accumulated and output.
When either of them is HI/LO-judged, the OK output is turned off.
In the Pulse Hold / Hysteresis 2 mode, the Displacement High-Low Mode
setting is effective only on the Operation ch at which sampling starts.
