・ The X-axis reading (RB ~ ) can be used only in the Waveform and
Displacement Comparison / Hysteresis / Hysteresis 2 mode. In other
modes, indeterminate values are read.
・ The flag "Latest sampled waveform update" of the RC command is
cleared when the RC command is read.
