Select Needle Down until the needle screw is aligned
with the hole in the safety cover.

Loosen the fixing screw (1), and lift out the needle (2).

Remove the sample-loop fitting from the needle fitting.

Select Needle Down to move the needle arm to its
lowest position.
The needle arm must be in its lowest position before
installing the new needle, otherwise leaks at the needle
seat will occur due to incorrect needle installation.
