Review load inertia and operational pattern
• Use an external regenerative resistor module.
• Lower load inertia within specified range
• Increase deceleration time
• Increase conducted time
Set bit4 of Func0 to "1" by allowable absorbing
power of external regenerative resistor.
Check and correct wiring.
Check and correct wiring.
• Replace servo amplifier if using built-in
regenerative resistor module.
• Replace resistor if using external regenerative
resistor module.
Change to resistor that meets specification.
