When Using the Fax Feature

According to the document of which the size is the standard or not, the machine may
replace the size with another one in sending.
NOTE: When loading the document on the document glass, always close the
document glass cover to let the machine detect the size. If the machine does not
detect the document size, the document is handled as A4 SEF (210 × 297 mm)
despite the actual size.
For standard size document
Only the standard size document can be detected automatically, however, the widths
of less than 210 mm (A4 SEF) are replaced with 210 mm in sending.
The following table shows the sizes to be detected automatically and to be replaced in
sending.
