When ignition switch is first turned ON (II):
About 7 V for 2 seconds
In the D position: About 7 V
With ignition switch ON (II), brake pedal
pressed, and accelerator pedal released:
Battery voltage
Brake pedal pressed: Battery voltage
Brake pedal released: 0 V
