It is possible to exclude VLANs that have not yet been created from trunk
port membership.
Example
console(config-if-Gi1/0/1)#switchport trunk allowed vlan 1-1024
console(config-if-Gi1/0/1)#switchport trunk allowed vlan except
1,2,3,5,7,11,13

Use the vlan command in Global Configuration mode to configure a VLAN.
To delete a VLAN, use the no form of this command.
Syntax
vlan–id

no vlan {
vlan–id —A valid VLAN ID. (Range: 1–4093)
vlan–range —A list of valid VLAN IDs. List separate, non-consecutive
VLAN IDs separated by commas (without spaces). Use a hyphen to
designate a range of IDs. (Range: 1–4093)

User Guidelines
Deleting the VLAN assigned as the PVID on an access port will cause VLAN 1
to be assigned as the PVID for the access port. Deleting the VLAN assigned as
the native VLAN for a trunk port will cause the trunk port to discard
untagged frames received on the port.. Creating a VLAN adds it to the
allowed list for all trunk ports except those where it is specifically excluded.
Ports and port channels can be configured with VLANs that do not exist.
They will not forward traffic on nonexisting VLANs.
