Bit 0: Label insertion home position 0: Disabled, 1: Enabled
Bit 1: ID transmission home position 0: Disabled, 1: Enabled
Bit 2: Automatic reduction (tx) home position 0: Disabled, 1: Enabled
Bits 3 and 4: Scanning mode LED home position
