These switches are automatically set to the
settings required by each country after the
country code (System Switch 0F) is programmed.
Do not change the setting.
This is an European PTT requirement.
This bit is available only for the European models.
Also see system switch 0A bit 7.
Refer to the ISDN G4 option service manual (G4
Internal Switches 17, 18, 1A, 1B, and 1C) for the
CPS code set (Cause Value set) that determines
G4 to G3 fallback.
