A265/A267 Firmware Modification History (BICU)
Description of Modification
Corrects the following:
•
In printer mode, dirty back-ground may appear
near the leading edge of the first page printed
out following a paper jam recovery.
•
When exiting to the 1-bin tray, a paper jam
may occur caused by the bouncing of the exit
sensor actuator.
Corrects the following:
•
The default value of SP5-501-002 has been
changed to "0."
•
Under the following conditions the staple
function cannot be used after clearing a copy
jam:
1. A4 sideways feed.
2. The Finisher Front Cover is opened while the
last copy is being exited to the Finisher.
•
Under the following conditions the PM alarm
does not activate when the PM counter reaches
the value set in SP5-501-001 (PM Alarm
Interval)
1. SP5-816 (CSS function) = 0 default setting
2. SP5-501-002 (PM alarm) =1 default setting
•
To minimize dirty background image, TD sensor
sensitivity(S): The sensitivity will change
depending on the Vref value entered:

•
If the main scan magnification (SP2-998) is set
at 0.1 when using the printer function or
receiving a fax at 400dpi, the image will be
stretched along the main scan direction.

One of the selections for Output Tray Priority
(UP mode – System Settings) has been
changed as follows:
[Shift Tray] ! [Finisher Tray]
•
Although specifications prohibit it, the machine
is able to make copies under the following
conditions:
1. Special size is selected for paper tray 2
2. Combine Mode is selected (several originals
onto double-sided copies).
•
The following title descriptions for SP and Sales
Modes have been changed:
[Serviceman] ! [Service]
[Salesman] ! [Sales]
