Windows Note: The Windows POA gains access to the post office directory when it starts.
However, a particular user might attempt to access a remote document storage area to which the
POA does not yet have a drive mapping available. By default, the POA attempts to map a drive
using the same user ID and password it used to access the post office directory. If the user ID and
password for the remote storage area are different from the post office, then use the /user and /
password switches to specify the needed user ID and password. You can also provide user and
password information on the Post Office Settings page in ConsoleOne. However, it is preferable to
use the same user ID and password on all servers where the POA needs access.

The eDirectory_user_ID is a user that the POA can use to log in to the remote NetWare
server.
On OES Linux, the Linux_user_ID is a LUM-enabled user that the POA can use to log in
to the remote OES Linux server. On SLES Linux, it is a standard Linux user.
The Windows_user_ID is a user that the POA can use to log in to the remote Windows
server.
