Remove the valve adjuting hole caps.
Remove the 0-rings.
Inspect the clearance of two valves by i n serting a feeler gauge
between the adjusting screw and the valve.
VALVE CLEARANCE:

Adjust by l o osening the l o ck nut and turning the adjsting screw
until there i s a slight drag on the feeler gauge.
NOTE:
Apply oil to the lock nut threads.
Hold the adjusting screw and tighten the l o ck nut.
TORQUE: 14 N-m (1.4 kgf-m, 10 lbf-11)
Install the cylinder head covers (page 7-16).
Apply oil to a new 0-rings and install them into grooves i n
the valve adjuting hole caps.
Install the valve adjusting hole caps and tighten them.
TORQUE: 15 N-m (1.5 kgf.m, 11 lbf-ft)
