FRONT WHEEL/SUSPENSION/STEERING
Install the oil lock piece onto the fork piston end.
Install the fork tube i n to the fork slider.
CAUTION:
Do not overtlghten fork slider.
Hold the fork slider i n a vise with a piece of wood or soft jaws
to avoid damage.
Replace the sealing washer with a new one.
Clean and apply a locking agent to the fork socket bolt threads
and i n stall the fork socket bolt with the new sealing washer
into the fork piston.
Tighten the fork socket bolt to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 20 N-m (2.0 kgf.m, 14 lbf-11)

SLIDER BUSHING
If the fork piston turns with the socket bolt, temporarily i n stall
the fork spring, washer, spring spacer and fork cap.
Drive in the new oil seal i n to the fork tube until the stop ring
groove i s visible, using the special tool.
Install the stopper ring i n to the groove i n the fork slider.
Apply fork oil to the l i p a new dust seal and install the dust
seal.
