Check the valve stem diameter.

Check valve spring
» If there is damage or wear:

Change the valve spring.
–
Measure the valve spring lengths.

Wear limit
» If the measured value does not equal the specified value:

Change the valve springs.
–
Check cam lever
» If there is damage or wear:
–
Change the cam lever.
–
Check cam lever axle
» If there is damage or wear:
–
Change the cam lever axle.
–
Check valve spring support
» If there is damage or wear:
–
Change the valve spring seat.
–
Check valve spring retainer
» If there is damage or wear:
–
Change the valve spring retainer.
–
Remove bushing
–
Remove O-ring
–
Remove inner bearing races
Extractor (61229020000) (
–
Push on new bearing inner races
–
Mount the new O-ring
–
Mount the new bushing
