dot1x max-hosts

Use the dot1x max-hosts interface configuration command to configure the
maximum number of authorized hosts allowed on the interface. Use the no format
of the command to return to the default.
Syntax
dot1x max-hosts
count
no dot1x max-hosts
Parameters
count
—Specifies the maximum number of authorized hosts allowed on the
interface. May be any 32 bits positive number.
Default Configuration
No limitation.
Command Mode
Interface (Ethernet) Configuration mode
User Guidelines
By default, the number of authorized hosts allowed on an interface is not limited.
To limit the number of authorized hosts allowed on an interface, use the dot1x
max-hosts command.
This command is relevant only for multi-session mode.
Example
The following example limits the maximum number of authorized hosts on Ethernet
port gi 1 1 to 6:
switchxxxxxx(config)#
interface gi11
dot1x host-mode multi-host
interface gi11
