To set the local OAM configuration, take these 4 steps:
In the ini file, set the local OAM configuration line similar to the following:

LocalOAMSubnetMask=255.255.0.0
LocalOAMDefaultGW=0.0.0.0
In the ini file, change the OAM VLAN tag line to:
