Choose either 0 = RTP or 1 = ATM
(which enables working with vendors
that use G.726 ATM Payload Format
over RTP. Uses the enum
acTVoicePayloadFormat.

2 = VoicePayloadFormatIllegal
Defines the name (and path) of the
file containing the Voice Prompts.
Range = String of ASCII characters
Defines the voice output gain control.
Range: -32 dB to +31 dB in 1 dB
