No The cassette tape player is normal. Explain to the customer
that the cassette tape is malfunctioning (Tape slack,
breakage.).
Yes Go to the next step.
No Replace the cassette tape player.
Yes The cassette tape player is normal.
Note
• If the tape is fast-forwarded/rewound fast-forward/
rewind for a short period repeatedly, the tape playing
speed may be temporarily changed.
No The cassette tape player is normal. Explain to the customer
that the cassette tape is malfunctioning.
