Display the key IDs to be deleted manually from the keyvault
switch:admin> cryptocfg --show -decommissionedkeyids
Please Delete these keyed from the vault:

Manually delete the keys from the vault. This step requires accessing the Key Vault GUI and deleting
the keys manually.
Delete the key IDs from the internal cache.
