Use this command to enable authentication for RIP Version 2 packets and to
specify the key that can be used on an interface. To prevent authentication, use
the no form of this command.
Enables authentication and specifies the key that are valid.
No authentication is provided for RIP packets.
Interface configuration
If no key is configured with the key-chain command, no authentication is
performed on the interface.
This command also specifies that the interface will use the key chain for
authentication.
