Configuring the Portal Agent Interface

Introduction
Follow the procedures in this section to configure the Portal Agent Interface. For
the Portal Agent Interface component to work properly, you must configure
the Agent virtual directory (on the Portal Agent Interface server)

access to the Portal Agent Interface for a domain user

To configure the Agent virtual directory
1 Log on to the server on which you installed the Portal Agent Interface using
the Local Windows Administrator user ID.
On the Windows Start menu, choose Programs ➝ Administrative Tools ➝

Internet Services Manager.
Result: The Internet Information Service window appears.
3 Click the plus sign (+) beside the host name of the server on which you
installed the Portal Agent Interface.
4 Click Default Web Site.
