Installing the External Web Server components with JRun and IIS
Modify the property WEBCOLLABURL
1 Browse to the WEB-INF folder.
2 Open the web.xml file in Notepad (the web.xml file is located in the folder in
which you installed the Sample Customer Interface component).
Note: For more information about this file, refer to "To edit the web.xml file
for the Sample Customer Interface" on page 652.
3 Modify the property WEBCOLLABURL in the web.xml file to point to the full
URL for the WebCollab servlet. You must change the default host name in
the URL to the host name of your External Web server.
4 You can now install the latest Service Update on the External Web server.
For more information, refer to "Installing software Service Updates and
PEPs" on page 134.)
Note: Once you install Service Update 05 or later, you must add
clickstream.jar to the ClassPath.
To add clickstream.jar to the ClassPath
1 On the desktop, right-click the My Computer icon, and then choose
Properties.
Result: The System Properties window appears.
2 Click the Advanced Tab.
3 Click Environment Variables.
Result: The Environment Variables window appears.
4 In the System variables section, highlight ClassPath.
5 Click Edit.
Result: The Edit System Variable window appears.
6 In the Variable Value box, add the path to the clickstream.jar file.
7 Click OK.
