Installing the External Web Server components with JRun and IIS
To edit the web.xml file for the Sample Customer Interface
1 Browse to the WEB-INF folder.
2 Open the web.xml file in Notepad.
Result: A window like the one below appears:
3 Ensure that the paths to the db.properties and log4j.properties files listed in
the web.xml file are correct.
a. Perform a search for both the db.properties file and log4j.properties file.
b. Edit the web.xml file as necessary. Ensure you enter the full path and

Verify the path to each of these files and compare them to the paths
listed in the web.xml file.
