Creating delivery failure rules

Introduction
Follow the procedure in this section to create a delivery failure rule. The
following are examples of keyword strings that you can use in keyword groups
for delivery failure rules:
Undeliverable
!
Delivery Report
!
Failure
!
Delivery Failure
!
Returned mail
!
Unknown Recipient
!
Non Remis
!
Note: Adding keywords used in different contexts (such as "unknown") to the
delivery failure rule, may cause valid e-mail to be marked as undeliverable. In
this case, you should use specific phrases instead of individual words.
ATTENTION
To create a delivery failure rule
1 Log on to the Portal Administrator.
2 Click the plus sign (+) next to Symposium Web Center Portal.

If you do not configure a delivery failure rule, you may
receive e-mail loops due to the undeliverable e-mail being
auto-replied.
