Maintaining the database
Customer Data Available checkbox Indicates if customer data was

archived with the contacts. If customer data is available, then all of the
relevant customer data is restored for the contacts that are restored.
This is a read-only checkbox. The results in this checkbox are set by the
application.

If you have previously restored any data from the archive file, the date on
which you previously restored the data appears in the Contacts partly/fully
restored on box.

Enter the name of the default skillset you want to use if the skillset used in
the archived data no longer exists.

Choose one of the following options:
Restore all the Archived Contacts Restores all the contacts in the

Archive folder you selected.
Restore Contacts with ID... Allows you to restore contacts with specific
!
IDs.
Restore Contacts for the following Customers Allows you to restore
!
contacts for a specific customer.
Restore Contacts for the following Skillsets Allows you to restore
!
contacts from a single skillset.
Restore Contacts for the following Agents Allows you to restore
!
contacts for specific agents.
Restore Contacts for the following Rules Allows you to restore
!
contacts for which specific rules apply.
Note: You can select multiple items from preceding lists by holding down
the Shift key to select blocks, or the Ctrl key to select multiple items.
