Keyword groups

Introduction
You must place each keyword and keyword expression in a keyword group.
Keyword groups are intended to associate keywords and expressions that are
considered by the call center to have similar meaning. The Keyword Groups tab
displays a list of all the keyword groups that were created. This list is sorted
alphabetically. This section provides the procedures to create and remove a
keyword group.
Note: The Rule Administrator only supports * and ? wildcard characters in
keywords. Wildcard characters are not supported at the beginning of a keyword
or in expressions. The Rule Administrator does not support the following
wildcard characters: + - & | ! ( ) { } [ ] ^ " ~ : \ . If you use any of these
characters in your keywords, you will receive an error message stating that the
keyword contains invalid characters.
To create a new keyword group
1 Log on to the Portal Administrator.
2 Click the plus sign (+) next to Symposium Web Center Portal.
