To configure access to the Portal Agent Interface for a domain user

Log on to the Domain Controller using the Domain Administrator user name
and password.
From the Windows Start menu, choose Programs ➝ Administration Tools

➝ Active Directory Users and Computers.

Create a user called uploads_user:
a. Right-click the Users folder, and then choose New ➝ User.
b. The New Object - User window appears.
c. Enter the required information, and then click Next.
