In the Archive Options section, you can choose to archive all the closed
contacts up to and including the date you selected, the contacts for a
specific skillset, or the contacts for a specific rule.
Note: Nortel Networks recommends that you choose to archive all the
contacts. Archiving by skillset or by rule takes more time as the archiving
utility must search through all of the contacts to extract the relevant data.

If you want to store information about the customers, check the Include
Customer Data check box (optional).

In the Comment box, type a comment about the contacts you plan to
archive.

If you want to log a record of the status messages that occur during the
archive process, check the Log Status Messages box.

Click Archive Now.
To restore archived data
From the Windows Start menu, choose Programs ➝ Nortel Networks ➝

Symposium Web Center Portal ➝ Portal Server ➝ Archive & Restore
utility.
Result: The SWCP Archive and Restore Utility window appears.
