From the Windows Start menu, choose Programs ➝ Nortel Networks ➝

Result: The HDX Client Configuration window appears.
10 Ensure that the name in the SCCS Sitename box is correct.
Note: The SCCS Sitename box is case-sensitive.
11 In the SCCS Servername box, type the new name of the server in
Symposium Call Center Server.
12 You can configure the Port box as per the details in the properties file from
Symposium Call Center Server SU09 onwards.
13 Open the SCCS_DB.IDS file (usually found in ..\Program Files\Common
Files\ Nortel Networks\ Data source) in Notepad.
14 Change the host name of the Symposium Call Center Server.
15 Click Save.
