Agent Main Chat
Window
Customizing the Customer Interface
Description
Called by transhist.jsp with transid
of the parameter. It checks if the
transaction id is in the transaction
history string of transhist.jsp and
gets basic details of the e-mail. It
also gets the response history and
displays the information in an html
table. When in the transhistory of a
customer, if you click on the transid,
the response history appears.
Splits the trans id into trans id and
password, gets the customer id,
creates a cusomter object, and gets
the customer details for this object.
Gets the WebCollab page and sends
it.
Creates a customer, a skillset, and a
transaction object to facilitate a new
transaction to the system.
Confirms the transaction id of the
transaction just created through the
TransAndAgent.html.
