Changing passwords in Symposium Web
Center Portal
Introduction
Agent user IDs and passwords for Symposium Web Center Portal are created in
Symposium Call Center Server or Symposium Express Call Center. From
Symposium Web Center Portal, you can view the status of the agent in the call
center, and you can change the passwords of the agents in the call center.
To change a user's password

Log on to the Portal Administrator with the Administrator user ID.

Click the plus sign (+) next to Symposium Web Center Portal.

Click the plus sign (+) next to User/Customer Administration.

Double-click Users.

Click the Supervisors/Agents tab.
Result: The following window appears.

Select the user whose password you want to change.
