transactions
Introduction
Follow the procedure in this section to configure the state into which the
transaction goes when an agent closes a transaction without saving. By default
the transaction goes into the Pending state when and agent closes the transaction
without saving.
To configure the handling of canceled transactions
1
On your Symposium Web Center Portal server, browse to the UserDef.vbs
file (for example C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Agent\UserDef.vbs).
2
Open the UserDef.vbs file with Notepad.
3
Locate the following section of the file:
'* Flag variable used to indicate what status a transaction
is set to when an agent
'* closes down the transaction page without saving (when
they click on the swcp close
'* button or the IE browser close button). The default
behaviour (flag is true) is for a
'* New, New Reply or Pending transaction to go to Pending
status.
'* The non-default behaviour (setting the flag to false) is
for a
'* New transaction to stay New, New Reply to stay at New
Reply and Pending to stay at Pending. '* Closed
