Installing the Symposium Web Center Portal software
To convert the database default character set to UTF-8 and configure
the sort order
From the Windows Start menu, choose Programs ➝ Sybase➝ Server

Result: The Configure Sybase Servers window appears.
2 Click Configure Adaptive Server.
Result: The Existing Servers window appears.
3 Select SWCP_SQLSRV, and then click Continue.
Result: The Enter the System Administration Password window appears.
