Configuring Symposium Web Center Portal for e-mail and telephony integration

Log on to the Portal Server using the local Windows Administrator user ID.

On the Start menu, click Run.

In the Open box, type TCMSETUP /c SERVERNAME, where
SERVERNAME is the name of the server where the TAPI Service Provider
is installed.
Result: The TAPI Administration Setup window appears.

Click OK.

Restart the computer.

Assign the Local Administrator a temporary line on the TAPI server.

Run the phone dialer on Portal Server.
a. From the Windows Start menu, click Run.
b. In the Open box, type dialer.
c. Click the plus sign (+) beside Internet Directories.
