Configuring chat log options
Introduction
The System Options window allows you to select whether chat logs are
saved to the database
!
e-mailed to the customer
!
To configure chat log options

On the SWCP : Administration window, click System Options Admin Page.
Result: The Administration : System options window appears.

Under the heading Email chat log to customer, click On if you want to save
a log of chat sessions between the agent and customer.
