Select a skillset, and then click Properties.
Result: The Skillset Properties window appears.

In the CDN box, type the CDN you want to assign to the skillset.

Click Save.
Result: The Skillsets window appears.

Note: If you are at capacity on available CDNs, you can use a phantom DN.
To do so, you must provision the phantom DN on the switch and define the
default call forward DN (DCFW) to be an acquired CDN in Symposium Call
Center Server. Configure the phantom DN in Symposium Call Center
Server as a CDN but do not attempt to acquire the phantom DN as
acquisition of the resource will fail. Since the phantom DN is configured as
a CDN, Symposium Web Center Portal picks up the DN and makes it
available from the CDN drop-down list under Skillset Properties. In
Symposium Call Center Server, write your script to screen based on
DIALED DN (which is the phantom DN in this case) versus CDN.
