Installing the External Web Server components with JRun and IIS
To edit the log4j.properties file
1 Navigate to the log4j.properties file.
2 Open the log4j.properties file in Notepad.
Result: A window like the one below appears:
3 You must create a new path to location in which you want to store the log
file (for example, C:\\Program Files\\Nortel Networks\\Symposium Web
Center Porta\\swcp-ci\\swcplogs\\swcp.log). The swcp log is not created
during the installation. It is generated when the Sample Customer Interface
component is activated.
4 Save your changes.
Note: For more information about the log4j.properties file, refer to "Logging
configuration" on page 565.
