Configuring the e-mail settings
Introduction
Follow the procedures in this section to configure the e-mail settings for the
mailbox parameters, mailbox scan interval, and the attachment files.
To configure the mailbox parameters

Log on to the Portal Administrator.

Click the plus sign (+) next to E-mail Administration.

Double-click E-mail Configuration.
4
Click the Settings tab.
Result: The following window appears:
AutoNumber Outbound Mails: Check this box if you want agent replies to
include a transaction ID for tracking purposes.
