10 In the WebCollab.xml file, check the docbase value inside the context tag.
Its value has been set to /opt/nortelnetworks/swcp/WebCollab. If you have
installed Web Collaboration in a different location to this, you need to
update the value of this path.
11 Browse to /opt/nortelnetworks/swcp/ci/WEB-INF and open web.xml.
12 Perform a search for both the db.properties file and log4j.properties file.
Ensure the path to each of these files is the same as that listed in the
web.xml file.
Note: For more information about the log4j.properties file, refer to "Logging
configuration" on page 565.
13 Modify the property WEBCOLLABURL in the web.xml file to point to the full
URL for the WebCollab servlet. You will need to change the default host
name in the URL to the host name of your External Web server.
14 Open the db.properties file. This should be located at /opt/nortelnetworks/
swcp/ci/WEB-INF/lib. Change the default host name of the database server
to the host name of your database server. Save your changes and close the
file.
15 Open the log4j.properties file. This should be located at /opt/
nortelnetworks/swcp/ci. Edit the file if necessary. Note the value of
log4j.appender.swcplogfile.File. This is where log messages for the
Customer Interface and Web Collaboration applications will be stored. Save
your changes and close the file.
16 Add your skillsets to InsertTrans.html and TransAndCust.html.
a. Navigate to InsertTrans.html.
b. Search for MM_Sales.
c. Between the Option tags, enter the value of at least one of the skillsets
d. Save your changes.
e. Repeat steps a to d for the TransAndCust.html file.
17 Restart the Tomcat and Apache services.
