Specifies the name of the data file to be created in
this text box.
Provide a brief description of the sample. The
description can be displayed on any output of the
acquired data.
Opens the Sample Origin dialog box. You can then
specify additional information about the sample in
the following fields:
• Submitter
• Job
• Task
• Conditions
• Magnet scan
• Voltage scan
• B/E scan
