GC interface
To renew the injection port septum
Warning:

1. Open the reference inlet and pump valves.
2. Wait for 10 minutes to remove any sample from the injection port.
3. Close the reference inlet valve.
4. On the MassLynx Tune window's Inlets tab, set Capillary Line 1,
Capillary Line 2, and Re-entrant to 50, and Septum to 0.
5. Wait for approximately 45 minutes for the GC interface to cool.
Monitor the Septum readback to ensure that the temperature is less

6. Unscrew and remove the injection port thumbscrew.
