Plumbing connections:
9.
Connect the fluid waste line to port 1 on the HTM valve of the UPLC
heating and trapping module.
10. Connect the fluid inlet line to port 6 on the injection valve of the UPLC
sample manager.
11. Connect the fluid infusion line to the grounded union connected to the
reference valve on the mass spectrometer, which provides lock spray for
the onboard IntelliStart Fluidics.
Requirement:
splitter kit to the fluidics valve before connecting the TRIZAIC fluid
infusion line.

On the TRIZAIC source, the LEDs and Stop Flow button are located

To power-on the system:

Power-on the workstation.
