12. Repeat
steps 7 to 11
13. For each contact, fit the washer and appropriate connecting lead to the
screw that secures the lead to the contact mounting plate.
14. Fit and tighten the screw to the contact mounting plate.

Assembling the inner source contact support assembly

To assemble the trap contact
1.
Fit a washer to a M1.6 × 8-mm screw.
2.
Fit a 3.5-mm ceramic spacer to the screw.
3.
Fit the appropriate connecting lead over the 3.5-mm ceramic spacer.
4.
Fit the trap contact over the 3.5-mm ceramic spacer, with the contact
facing away from the screw head.
5.
Fit the screw, spacer, and contact to the contact support plate.
6.
Fit a 2-mm ceramic spacer over the 3.5-mm ceramic spacer.
7.
Fit a washer to the screw.
8.
Fit and finger-tighten a nut to the screw.
9.
Insert a 2-mm ceramic spacer between the contact and the contact
support plate, to coincide with one of the holes for the ceramic supports.
10. Repeat
step 9
11. Fully tighten the nut.
Perform
Tip:
spacers are not captive until the ceramic supports are in position.
To assemble the repeller contacts
1.
Fit a washer to each of two M1.6 × 8-mm screws.
2.
Fit a 3.5-mm ceramic spacer to each screw.
3.
Fit the appropriate connecting lead over the 3.5-mm ceramic spacer on 1
screw.
4.
Fit a repeller contact to the screws, with the contact facing away from
the screw heads.
