In the Channel Time (ms) text box, set the time for which this mass is to
be monitored, typically 50 to 150 ms.

In the Delay Time (ms) text box, set the time delay between finishing
monitoring the previous mass and starting monitoring this mass (in the
MRM Masses list).
This is a minimum of 20ms and varies depending on the magnet

The delay allows the instrument's electronics and magnet to stabilize
between monitoring successive masses. Use the MRM function editor
auto-delay function to set these times and, if necessary, adjust them

installed your instrument.
