Acquiring data
Description
Processes acquired data (new or existing) as
specified in the Sample List Process column. See
"Verifying VSIR experimental resolution" on
page D-24
Quantifies the acquired data using the method
specified in the Quantify Samples dialog box.
Defaults to the current method if you do not specify
a different method in the Quantify Samples dialog
box.
The sample number of the first sample to be
acquired.
The sample number of the last sample to be
acquired.
Marks a job as a priority process; placing it at the
top of the queue, to run after the current job.
Marks this entry as a night-time process. This
option is useful for time-consuming acquisitions that
would interrupt work on smaller acquisitions during
the day.
Runs the external executable process specified in
the adjacent text box, which performs
pre-processing on the samples.
Runs the external executable process specified in
the adjacent text box, which performs
post-processing on the samples.
