Cycle time and Duration of weld seam detection
Die cycle time is the sum of all times in the course of a weld seam detection. See the chapter
„Sequence of a Weld Seam Detection"- Steps 1 to 8.
The detection time T
The influences are:
• tube diameter
• rotation speed
• wall thickness / settling time
• measuring methods
The following diagram shows the duration of weld seam detection in dependence of the tube
